Sometimes, the best stories are the ones that are still waiting to be written. This sweet girl is about 5 years old, weighs less than 10 pounds, and is ready to start a new chapter in her life with a loving family.
We don’t know much about her past, but what we do know is that she’s a survivor with a heart full of love to give. She’s already housebroken, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and has a gentle, easygoing nature that will melt your heart.
Despite her small size, she has a big personality and an even bigger capacity for love. Whether it’s curling up on the couch for snuggles, going for walks, or simply being by your side, she’s ready to be your loyal companion.
This little lady is looking for a home where she can feel safe, cherished, and part of the family. Could that home be yours?
If you’re ready to give her the love and care she deserves, please reach out to us today. Let’s help her find the happy ending she’s been waiting for.

Meet Nina, the Sweet Tripod Girl Ready for Adoption!
Nina is a 10 lb pound bundle of joy and resilience. After an accident that led to the amputation of one of her legs, she has made an incredible recovery and is now looking for her furever home. Currently being fostered by one of our volunteers in Patterson, Nina is full of love, energy, and personality.
Nina adores other animals—from dogs to cats (and even a rabbit in her foster home!). She thrives in the company of furry friends and would do best in a home with other pets. People are her other passion; she loves cuddling, following you everywhere
This smart little Pom has a unique way of communicating—she understands conversational cues and sometimes even “answers” with the cutest bark that sounds like she’s saying “yes!” She’s 100% potty trained and will wait patiently to go outside. Her daily routine includes sleeping in her beloved kennel (her “room”), waking up early, and enjoying walks, dog park adventures, and car rides.
Nina’s foster mom describes her as “the most loving companion.” This decision to rehome her was hard for her former family, but they believe it’s the best choice for Nina to thrive in a new environment where she will continue to be cherished.
If you’re looking for a devoted, playful, and affectionate companion who will bring endless joy to your life, Nina might be the perfect match. Please consider opening your heart and home to this incredible girl!
