Buddy & Jenny

Coming Soon

Sampson and Goliath are 8-year-old, 15 pound Pomeranian brothers and we'd love to keep them together. These guys are friendly and playful with everybody they meet - people, kids and dogs alike! We've nicknamed them "Copy and Paste." They even approach kitties with a gentle curiosity and would be fine with them in their future family. They're very good dogs who are both house-trained and crate-trained.

Sampson is the "nurturer" of the two and is constantly taking care of his brother's hygiene by cleaning his face and ears. Goliath is the adventurous one who would prefer to be exploring your house and checking your floor for crumbs.

Can't you just see yourself walking these two cuties down your street as a happy little family? They are great on leash and enjoy going for short walks. They're precious, sweet and will keep you laughing.

They need a home where they don't need to navigate stairs - Goliath has a back condition that is exasperated by jumping and Sampson has a heart condition that will require daily medications.

Sampson and Goliath have been loved dogs their whole life, but their guardian's property is under new management and they are adamant that they can no longer have dogs. They've been the hard decision to re-home these sweet boys. If you are interested in meeting Sampson and Goliath, please contact Peace of Mind Dog Rescue at (831)718-9122 or www.PeaceOfMindDogRescue.org. Or fill out an application

We are delighted to introduce you to our latest Pommie duo, Buddy, a charming 5 year old, 10 pound, neutered male and Jenny, his protective "big sister", who is 10 years old,14 pounds and of course, Jenny is spayed. Their shots are current and they are micro-chipped. Both of them get along very well with their foster Pommie brothers and cats.

Buddy has a tiny eye and we took him to UC Davis for an evaluation. They said this was a birth defect, is not causing him any pain, nor does it require medication. But, it did make him a bit frightened to go up and down stairs. His foster Daddy very patiently taught Buddy not to fear that and he now goes up and downstairs with cautious ease. Wouldn't it be nice to have a little cutie like Buddy always winking at you!
They love going for walks and car rides, especially when the family goes to San Francisco where they get to see the Bay and the ocean. Another favorite pastime for them both is playing with their toys! But, Jenny especially loves helping her foster mom in the kitchen with meals and doing dishes. She will nibble on carrots and "chat" away about how to make dinner even better. What a good girl she is!

They both love to cuddle and love each other which was very apparent when they were reunited after being separated for three weeks at the shelter. But that is in the past and we promised them we would place them together so they would not have to experience separation again.

We are offering this darling duo for a tax deductible donation of $500. If you are interested in adopting them please fill out our adoption application. If you have any questions, please call Jan Yale, 510-691-2780. We look forward to hearing from you!graph here.
